We accept signed credit cards (not cash) to hold as security deposit until goods returned.
Late return of goods shall be charged at the daily rate until returned.
Please note early rental return is not refundable.
The hirer is responsible for any item lost or stolen. If items are lost or stolen, the hirer will be charged for the actual cost of the rental items. (You may be able to claim the cost to your insurance company when you go back)
The hirer is responsible for any damage of items. If you damage item, goods repair and replacement cost will apply.
Goods are to be returned clean and in working order with NO lift tickets attached, stickers, name tags or graffiti.
Goods MUST be paid for in full at time of booking.
All Internet bookings must be made no later than 2 days prior to the pick-up date to guarantee availability.
No cancellation fee is applicable until 48 hrs before the pick-up date. However, please note it is non-refundable thereafter.
Goods can be returned to any of Yoshi stores or any place where accepted.
In peak season, please note that availability is subject to change without notice.
